Ive got an mp3 player which requires a separate memory card. when i try to turn it on it doesn’t work but it only works as a usb drive. How do i get the mp3 part to work?
I forgot to add that i have put a memory card in it!

The computers at my library make it so you can install anything and download stuff but when the computer is restarted everything is back to the original stuff and it is clean. Is there software or something to do this?
